Booking Terms
By making a reservation at Sibla Residence, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservation and Payment
- Payment will be done at check-in (card or cash).
- We accept major credit cards and cash payments.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out may result in additional charges.
4. House Rules
- No smoking inside the villa.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or events without prior approval.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property or its contents.
5. Liability
Sibla Residence is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. We recommend that guests have appropriate travel insurance.
